At Dealsycartz, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process smooth, transparent, and hassle-free.


5-Day Return Policy

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at dealsycartz@gmail.com.

Once your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send the package

Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you want a different product or variant:

The fastest method is to return your current item first.
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.

The item must still meet our general return eligibility criteria.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the credit
